2014-08-03 03:02:32 +0200 asked a question In Calc, how to find the distance to the nearest nonblank cell?

Specifically, I want the number of blank cells above the current cell. I'm using a sheet as a log, and I want to leave a row blank when I miss a day, but be able to count the number of consecutive missed days. I use the missed days count to calculate the effective per-day averages on the next day that isn't missed.

2014-01-08 16:13:10 +0200 commented answer How do I save a template as a file?

It was "Untitled 1", and "Save As" type "ODF Text Document Template" did what I wanted. Thanks!

2014-01-08 14:51:22 +0200 asked a question How do I save a template as a file?

I have a template in a .ott file that I need to update. I can make the changes with no problem, but when I go to "Save As Template" I don't get a "Save As" interface, I get a "Template Manager". I don't want to use some weird alternate filing system, I want to save this template as an ordinary file, just like the template I opened when I started editing.
