How to insert spreadsheet piece in front of text instead of below it

I’m trying to place a piece of calculation in spreadsheet in front of text ie

     Text          calculation

Whereas it comes as

Make sure Text in one area, say in A1 and the numbers in the next area say B1 and so on, when you are finished perform your calculations in the next available area, say cell G1 has the formula for calculating the previous cells (number input).
