Unable to change font color in Calc (file appended)

I’m unable to change a font color in Calc. The strange thing is that if enter the edit mode (double click on the cell) the font appears formatted. Also in the Format Cell dialog the font color is also formatted. TEST.ods

Menu View - Value highlighting. If in Windows: Ctrl+F8.
