Importing a style and saving the file

I have an odt document formatted as I want with OpenOffice 3.3. When I open it the style is lost (in particular, for every style, the distance after paragraph parameters are lost at least). If I import the style from an old document, the styles are restored but the Save icon doesn’t light up (as if the document was not modified). If I save it anyway (save as), when I open again this document the styles are lost. Am I missing something?

@jorendc – Another style q; any insight?

Mmh…

To exclude a User profile issue: is it possible for you to reset your user profile following this guide: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resetting_the_user_profile

Also: which version of LibreOffice do you use? If this isn’t one of the more recent versions; is this behavior still reproducible using a more recent one (3.6.4 or even better upcoming 4.0 (or current release candidate))?

If this behavior is still reproducible, can you please file a bug for it at https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/ ? This will be very useful to take a closer look to the document as well (so please, attach the document :slight_smile: ). Also steps to ‘reproduce would be useful’.

Thanks in advance,
Joren
