After I downloaded the installation file to my new Windows 10 laptop I tried to run it and I get the error “Installation package could not be opened”. I’ve tried running it, saving it to my desktop and running it, but nothing works. I’ve downloaded to my mac without issue but the new Windows computer won’t let it install. Thanks!

made sure .msi was on file name
