how to automatic load on start-up

I’ve been using LO for several years, through quite a number of iterations, and I’ve never been able to get it to load automatically on start-up. I always check all the requisite boxes both when installing a new version and otherwise but they never, ever work. Does anyone have a foolproof script for setting things up so that LO always loads by itself every boot or reboot? I’m running LO 6.0 on a Windows 10 desktop PC.

LibreOffice 6.0 is ALREADY in the startup folder. LO just doesn’t start up when it’s supposed to. That’s the problem.
