v4.3.5 (XUbuntu 14.04, installed from LO’s .deb files.)
As soon as the mouse moves over anything with a help bubble associated with it, that bubble pops up.
Now, I want the bubbles to pop up if I hover over the spot, but if I’m rapidly moving from one place to another, having 6 bubbles pop up is stupid.
IIRC, an earlier version had a “milliseconds wait” setting, so that you could configure how long to hover over a spot before the bubble appears. However, that seems to have disappeared.
Is that true, or am I just not finding that control?
