If I click to Tools->Options->Language->paragraph->more it takes me to character/letter type instead of changing the language. The same if it is all text or selection. I cannot choose the language

i have “Tools:Options:Language Settings:Languages” , there you can set the language for the User Interface, the Locale setting, and the “Default Languages for Documents”
