I have a document with over 30 footnotes. When I save it as a Word doc. all appears well but when I close and re-open it the same two footnotes have changed. In both the text has dropped below the footnote number and is inset with what appears to be a small tab arrow. Some little formatting issue I presume but I’ve attempted a number of solutions without success. Grateful for any guidance.
You didn’t state your version. I remember something done lately about footnotes about something similar; you might check 6.0 or a beta of upcoming 6.1.
Did you try use native format ODT for your files?
