I made a gift certificate in MS Word and when I opened it in Writer the the Fonts were all different sizes and the color changed on one of them. So I made the same certificate in MS Publisher and Draw opened it perfectly. When I opened it in Writer I changed the font to where it was supposed to be. Then I reopened it in MS Word and the fonts and objects were all misaligned.
I want to use Libre for everything and get rid of MS Office but if I make something like that certificate in Libre and send it to someone who uses Word, it probably won’t open the same. It was saved as a DOC file in both offices.

When it comes to special formats there is always a chance of a difference between Writer and Word.
Since I am using LibO 4.3 I feel that saving as docx-file is better.; before I used doc-format.
I also observed that sending of pdf-file is mostly the best solution.
