Improving Precision on custom templates?

While making custom templates, I have something I need to print that is down to 1/8th of an inch precision (0.125 inches between labels, which are half inch squares), but when entering the custom template to that precision, LibreOffice automatically rounds the results, leading to significant skew, especially in the bottom row (it’s a page with 221 labels, arranged 13 across by 17 down).

Any way to make LibreOffice respect a higher level of precision?

It looks like this question is pretty old, but in case you are still curious, I’ll try to answer it.

Apparently, LibreOffice limits dimension entries to two decimal places. If you want a more precise value, you are stuck converting to metric units. Then you can get down to 0.01 mm (or just under 0.0004 inches).
