my paste,cut,copy commands are in spanish, how do I change them to english?
You mean in the menu bar? I had something like that when I installed a new version of OO and kept the language pack for Dutch for an older version - when I set the interface language to Dutch, some menu items appeared in English and some in Dutch. So maybe you have something similar. Have you selected Spanish and English interface languages from the same install file for Libre?

Its when I right click, its all in Spanish (cut,copy,etc.) every thing else is still English
I once got a mix-up of languages (in my case mainly with function names in Calc) due to a corrupted user profile. You may try to carefully reset it.
Any other ideas on how to fix this?

changed all language to Spanish then back to English, did not work. Everything is in English except when I right click, then paste copy cut etc are still in Spanish.
You actually did not try to reset the user profile? Why?
did that also
