Hi all, over the last couple of years I have been trying to make a business card with Libre Office, and there is so much conflicting info on the net on how to do this I am confused, as some advice is to go with Labels other to use Business Cards, whichever it is, it is much more complicated than M’soft Publisher and far to complicated for myself to follow. With Publisher it was a simple process of opening page setup, selecting the template inserting a resized picture, sending it to the back while inserting a text box, then selecting the text and its colour, and next saving the work, just a few simple steps before sending it to the printer, job done.
But even when I found information which I could understand which is rare with Libre the instructional pictures were often unlike my program.
So before I throw in the towel, I would like to know if there is any new and easily understandable information available out there for the latest version of Libre with simple steps on how to make a basic business card with a photo inserted from my album, and a single line of text.

Hi all, I am still confused, can anybody explain what I need to do to make a biz card as some advice I have seen is to go with Labels, and other advice is to use Business Cards, I don’t have the tech ability to work out what I need to do with Libre, so what I need is instruction on which tool to use in the latest version of Libra in order to lay the card out and insert a picture from a file, then a text box to overlay the image with text, regards Robert.
Personally, I would create a business card with GIMP. But if you want to use LibreOffice… Maybe Draw or even Impress?
