As in previous versions the msi installer fails to run automatically in Vista Home. (Sad OS but that’s what this computer has got at present). Again, the solution is to run in elevated (Run as Administrator) command prompt:
C:\Windows\system32>msiExec.exe -i “C:\Users\Me\Downloads\LibreOffice_5.1.1_Win_x86.msi”
