Just installed 6.3.1 on my windows 10 system updating a previous good 6.2 app. Hit the icon and it appears to start but never gets as far as bringing up a display. I have webroot virus checker and disabled firewall to no avail. Any suggestions please?
Try to start in Safe Mode (Windows Start menu should show an entry LibreOffice (Safe Mode)) and check whether LibreOffice starts in safe mode. If yes - disable OpenGL (Select: Configure and Option: Disable hardware acceleration(OpenGL, OpenCL) and click button Apply Changes and Restart
PS: If Windows start doesn’t show and entry for Safe Mode you may use "%ProgramFiles%\LibreOffice\program\soffice.exe" --safe-mode (with quotation marks) in a cmd terminal.
