I am trying to use F9 to toggle field codes in a document that was written in Word. This creates a table of contents in the word document. How would I toggle field codes in LO to get the same result

Ctrl+F9 (Menu/View/Field Names)

Both Ctrl+F9 and

    View → Field Names

work for me to toggle page numbers in the header.
