Accessibility issues with new update! Is there still a light mode?

Hello, I have issues with my vision and I have to use light mode to be able to write. This new update changed the libreoffice writer to dark mode without my permission and I can’t find a way to turn it back. Does anyone know how? I have extremely limited knowledge with technology, I just need the light mode back!

In the menu, click Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Appearance and, under LibreOffice Themes change from Automatic or Dark to Light. OK and allow LibreOffice to restart.
