Activate custom toolbar on 2nd computer

i created a custom toolbar on one computer and copied it another computer at
C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\pack\config\soffice.cfg\modules\scalc\toolbar\custom_toolbar_b6a0f769.pack

but doesn’t show up in View, Toolbars

how do i fix this?
