Adding an extra dictionary and translation in version libreoffice-24.2.5.2

I just downloaded libreoffice-24.2.5.2. It was installed without any issues.
I also downloaded libreoffice-translations-24.2.5.2.tar.xz and libreoffice-dictionaries-24.2.5.2.tar.xz.
My question is the following: howdo I install any of those two?

.tar.xz files are archives, so you would need to find out, what is inside. But in this case I think you downloaded the wrong file, as explained here:

I have expanded both archives, and I use the Linux version not windows.
My question is: how do I install any new dictionary in LO?
