Address label gridlines no longer visible after recent update

I have several A4 sheets of address labels which I have used successfully for some time. They showed gridlines on the page in the format of the label sheets I use. The lines are no longer showing, I think since the last update and any help would be appreciated to make them visible again. I am a senior with limited knowledge. Many thanks.

Thanks Villeroy. Text Boundaries has a tick. I tried toggling on and off but it didn’t work unfortunately.

These gray lines, like everything on the View menu, are visual aids. They do not belong to the document, i.e. they are not printed on your address label sheets.
