After update to 5.0.3 from 4.3.3 there is a problem with italics in Writer: There are “dots” underneath some letters in italics when I load documents created with older versions of LO. Any idea what is happening?
Have the fonts in old documents installed? Is the anti-aliasing option Menu/Tools/Options/LIbreOffice/View enable?

Changing the OpenGL option has some effect?, It’s needed to close completely LibreOffice for it takes effect.
