An encrypted file that has been corrupted due to a software bug

Hello, I have an encrypted file that has been corrupted. Apparently the software has a bug when using Hebrew punctuation and biblical flavors in encrypted files (OpenOffice also has this bug). Now the file is corrupted and cannot be opened or restored. Can anyone help me restore the file? (Of course I have the password for the file)
Thank you

The software stops responding after entering the password. I created a DUMP file of soffice.bin and found the pieces of information scattered in it. This means that the software loads the file properly, but for some reason it enters a loop, and this file keeps swelling endlessly.
