Anouncing Sqlite3 for Windows

This is post is for the purpose of announcing Sqlite3 support for Windows LibreOffice.
Thanks to the Sqlite for LibreOffice on Windows it is not possible bu default to use Sqlite3 in Windows LibreOffice, Also not possible on MAC.

The extension adds the missing Sqlite libraries to LibreOffice on Windows.

possible to use Sqlite3 in Windows LibreOffice

but we should add, this is support to access sqlite from (python-) macros. We could “always” use Sqlite-databases by ODBC-driver in Base.
