API and URL for DeepL Pro

Hello, first question! After searching, I cannot find instructions on how to find the API and URL to activate DeepL. Here are the LibreOffice instructions:

To enable the Translate command, set the server URL and API key in LibreOffice - Preferences - Languages and Locales - DeepL Server.

Actually that is a question concerning DeepL, so start there.
Google gives:

API key for DeepL API

Ok, I discovered that I had the wrong DeepL plan: an API plan is needed. Once I got that, I was able to generate a key and enter the URL.
