When I try to print the .odt file.
The PREVIEW is showing the page to print, however,
the PRINT DIALOG BOX is showing a blank page,
Do I do something wrong or is it a bug?

Bug tdf#146842 . Skia will be disabled by default in version 7.3.1.
In the meantime you can disable Skia in LibreOffice > Preferences > LibreOffice > View and under Graphics Output untick Use Skia for all rendering or similar.
