Ubuntu 18.04. I have loaded Microsoft fonts. In the style dialog, as Arial styles I have Kavovika, tucne, kurziva… instead of Bold,Italic and so on.
Any idea what’s going on? It has no noticeable effect other than the peculiar names, but it does get my attention more than I like.
Where did you load the fonts from?
Ah well! That is the question, isn’t it. Thank you. I used apt-get install ttf-mscorefonts-installer. But I have two other Ubuntu machines I’ve configured the same way and don’t have the issue. I’ll try a re-install when I’m feeling lucky.
