Arrow keys scroll through calc (again)

It started after updating to 7.5.0.3 (x86_64) on Windows 10

I have looked up similar issues, and changing scroll lock setting doesn’t change anything. Is this a known issue? Or is there a setting I can change to fix?

Works for me with 7.5.2.2

On some laptops you might need to press Fn+ScrLock

Well that didn’t change anything, but after a PC restart it’s moving the cell as normal. Also, scroll lock doesn’t change it back to moving the view
