Background colour in a cell of Libre Office calc by conditional formating cannot be filtered colour wise by standard filter option.
Of coursen not. Everything is based on values and nothing but values. You can flag list rows with simple values more easily and unambiguously than with formatting attributes… This way you can apply conditional formatting, filter, sort and calculate based on the entered values.

Since release 7.2 Calc can AutoFilter on colours. Conditional format colours not being taken into account is addressed with tdf#142579.
Yet another half-baked feature for the clueless which makes the application freeze.
Highlight a row with red text.
Autofilter > Text color, pick the red block.
Then do the same again to turn off the filter.
Application freeze.
