Background image incompatibility from docx

Hi, when trying to open a docx that has a background image in LibreOffice the image is cut and don’t look the same. I tried looking for more info related to this but did not find any. Is this a format interpreting incompatibility that deserve a bug or is it a misconfiguration that I can fix somehow in LibreOffice?

The sample file can be downloaded at http://alexa.pro.br/123.docx. This was tested initially in LibreOffice 5.2.7 and also in 5.4.1.

Yes, there are problems.

• LibreOffice does not import the image at all. Please look, whether there exists already a bug report. If not, please write one and attach the document.
• Word fills the background up to the edge. That is not yet possible in LibreOffice. In LibreOffice you have a margin. Bug https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=112195 contains the enhancement request to implement this feature.
