I used this link in Arch Wiki as a reference for how to enable Complex Text Layout: Welcome to the LibreOffice Writer Help
Now, the link is broken. After researching a bit I found links like:

But they’re version-dependent and might not update with every update automatically.
Can you please restore the old link?

Or open Help and search ctl then select ctl – options, if you forget the second part there are only a few choices.
BTW The Writer Guide is a good reference source, Chapter 3 has a little on language settings, download from English documentation | LibreOffice Documentation - LibreOffice User Guides
