Base Query not reading table with BETWEEN statement

@avvy651 : There are 7 rows in the query for the current month. And there are 7 rows in the table for the current month.

Which row do you miss?

The missing row is for the 6th June 2023, but if it is there for you and not for me, then it must be my setup / system. Every other date after is showing .
I’ll just have to either live with it or not use the Between statement.

Thanks anyway

Have a look to the content of the table. I don’t see any row with date 06/06/2023. So it couldn’t appear in the query. Might be you didn’t recognize there are two dates 06/05/2023 in the table.

I have just had another look at the reduced data table, from 01/05/2023 to 09/06/2023, and all the dates are showing with no duplicates, but the qry misses out the 5th June, not the 6th as I stated above. My error!
I’ll upload it again if requred

As @Villeroy wrote: Wrong year in the table. There is no date 05/06/2023 but a date 05/06/2102.

Doh! so it does.
05/06/2102 ?? we haven’t got that far yet!
No wonder it wasn’t showing up, me and my typos.
Thanks for pointing that out, as it wasn’t easy to spot in the listing of over 8000 records.
The qry now shows up all records.
Thanks again.
