BASIC+Calc | How can a cell contain date ?

Containing date in value as now is not difficult.

1. On the other hand, what is the best way to enter a specific date to a cell e.g. 1/1/2019 ?

2. Are there any online documentation for it ?

I found only runtime library.

You have found every piece of data, including setting cell format, setting cell value, and different ways to assign a date to a variable - including DateSerial function. It’s unclear what is your question?
