Basic Error

Every time I open a Document/Spreadsheet/Drawing in LO (Version: 6.3.2.2 (x64)) I get the following error

Error Loading BASIC of document
file:///C:/Users/John/App Data/Roaming/Libre Office/4/user/basic/Standard/Module1.xba
General Error
General Input/Output Error

I see old messages referencing Version 3.5.1 with various proposed solutions none of which work.

How do I fix/solve this problem?

Unless you mention a reference to those messages, or list the things you’ve tried, no one knows what didn’t work for you, and any advise risks to just repeat those non-working advises.
