BASIC runtime error. '1'

Hi folks, new to LibreOffice and new here. Thanks for having me.

I created a spreadsheet, (in Excel, link below) a few years ago, with the help of someone who’s more proficient than I with this. Since then, I ditched Microsoft and trying to use this spreadsheet again in LibreOffice, but I cannot remember what my co-worker did to get this to work. It’s a timer, so, I should be able to press “Start”, then it counts for about a minute, then the screen used to flash when done.

I know it was something simple, but, I just can’t figure it out.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Obviously he created a macro, but macros in LibreOffice differ from VBA for Microsoft.

There is a compatibility-layer, wich you may try: Support for VBA Macros

But don’t be surprised, if it is not working.

Please post the file or macro. with the screenshot, there is to much room for guesswork.

You have to accept that this program is compatible with Excel and nothing else. But can you explain to me how you made this document public on NextCloud?

I registered a domain through the resource below. Once everything is set up, there is an automated script to install a bunch of apps to your website. For me, I specifically only needed nextcloud, the pricing was incredibly reasonable. So this is my own nextcloud setup and I simply shared the document. I’ve been working really hard to learn Linux, and move away from all Microsoft products and anything big tech-related.
