Why there’s blanks before my first footnote? I can correct it by backspace, but I get the same issue when reopen the file.My other footnotes are fine

Be nice to contributors and edit your question to mention OS name, LO version and save format. Attach a sample file for in-depth analysis. Don’t use a comment so that all needed information is in a single location.

This is not a sample file but a screenshot. In addition you have not enabled View>Formatting marks so that we haven’t any clue about your formatting. Please attach a 1-page sample file so that I can have a look at the document styling, configuration and formatting.

I have 3 footnotes on page 2, but only 2 footnotes on page 2, and the third footnote is displayed on page 3. Can they all be shown on page 2?

Answer to this question can only be given after careful examination of a sample document because, in the present state of affairs, there are many many factors involved (in fact, we know nothing about your document and your writing routine). Don’t forget to mention OS name, LO version and save format.

I had fix it, delete the footnote and reinsert it, and adjust line spacing, it’s ok now.

When you paste in footnotes always paste as unformatted text otherwise the paragraph style of the originating text can override the footnote style.

As a total guess, just selecting the footnote and applying footnote style would have fixed the issue although you might have had to remove direct formatting with Ctrl+M
