Brackets to bold words

Hi I’m wondering if anyone can help me to have macro that add bracket to all bold words, I’m using one for Microsoft word but its not working for LO

Search text = ([a-zA-Z]+); Format: Type = Bold
Replacement text = [&]; Format: Type = Bold
Enable regular expressions.

A recorded macro with those settings gives
