hello, I am trying to use any drop-down menu from the gui but it just instantly disapear, there is no information about this bug online, the only time it was referenced nobody has found a fix. Does someone now know how to fix this issue?

I suggest to open LibreOffice in Safe Mode, see LibreOffice user profile - The Document Foundation Wiki for how to open in safe mode. Continue in Safe Mode then open Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View and untick the box Use Skia for all rendering and see if that helps.
[Edit] Try changing the double-click time in your mouse. Or see if menu OK if opened with keyboard.
