I have a high res display (2736x1824, 3:2) running plasma wayland. Installing the libreoffice-fresh package results in mostly fine experience, but most menu dropdowns simply don’t show. So for example, i will click the font colour dropdown, but nothing will happen no matter how many times i click it.
So i tried the libreoffice-still package, and found that it actually fixed my first issue, but introduced a bigger one. The UI scales very strangely, like it can’t figure out which elements should be large and which should be small, so there are lots of strangely large buttons with tiny text inside them.
My last solution was to install the flatpak version, which worked perfectly, BUT doesn’t integrate it’s menu bar with my KDE plasmoid to display on my taskbar instead of the window itself, so i can’t use the menu bar.
Can someone help me diagnose any of these issues, or at least find a workaround? They might each sound like non-issues, but they significantly effect my user experience and disrupt my workflow.
