Calc: Chart format problem after opening a saved sheet

When I save (ods) and the reopen a sheet, one of my charts changes its object type.
The data source converts to a data table and the format is different.

I updated to the latest version (4.2.8.2) but the same thing happens after making a new chart and then saving.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
