Calc - Eliminate Background Color When Printing

To eliminate Background Color when printing a Calc sheet simply SAVE the sheet after confirming all data is accurate and the print area has been selected. Then…

1. Click upper right hand corner of sheet to chose entire sheet
2. Click Background Color (no fill)
3. Click Print
4. Close Sheet without saving

The sheet prints without the Background Color and the next time the sheet is opened all the formatting is intact.
