Calc file error

Hi

All of a sudden I have go this error Format error discovered in the file in sub-document styles.xml at 2,28112(row,col). I found a 2014 reference which basically said zip file etc but can’t seem to be able to change the zip to an ODS file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I do not have a backup copy.

Absolute magic - I can’t thank you enough as I had no backup - will do now with changes to Libreoffice settings. Thank you for taking the time.
