Calc How can I bulk delete hundreds of duplicated sort lists

I’ve just noticed that there are hundreds of duplications of sort lists in >Tools>Options>LibreOffice Calc>Sort Lists.
I have no idea how they got there.
The few I originally created are contained in that list and all are close to the bottom.
Interestingly, all the spurious lists are in the locale language - not my chosen UI language so I guess something must have created them during (quite a few) regular LO updates.
Is there a file somewhere I can edit with bulk deletions or must I tediously select>delete>confirm until I fall asleep😴

Should I file it as a bug although I have no idea what would be the steps to recreate?

I have the same story.

1. Close the LibreOffice application.
2. Open the file C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\registrymodifications.xcu with any text editor. Delete the line containing SortList there and save the file.
3. Start LO and check that everything is OK.
