In Excel the built-in shortcut Ctrl+. (Control+Period) can be used to move the focus from the beginning of a range of selected (highlighted) cell to the end of the range.
Does LibreOffice Calc have a keyboard shortcut to do this?

Tab moves forward within the selection and from end position to the start.
Shift+Tab moves backward and from the first position to the end.
+1 Thanks!
Enter
by default moves selection down, but if selected cell is the the lower right in a range of selected cells, next selected cell will be the top left.
And Shift+Enter
do the reverse.
To specify the direction that the cursor moves, choose Tools - Options - LibreOffice Calc - General (LibreOffice Help).
Tab
moves selection to right (at least in left-to-right languages environment).
