Calc paste special ‘shift’ not fixed

For me this bug appeared again: Calc paste special 'shift'

The ‘Shift Down’ option in the ‘Paste Special’ menu of Calc is greyed out when I try to cut and insert a row of cells. It is not greyed out when I try the same option with ‘Copy’.

For me, it happens when the destination range overlaps with the source range. I don’t know why this behavior, but a workaround is to copy and delete, then paste (or paste in another range, and cut from there).
It was solve for version 4.0.3 (tdf#56098), but there may have been a regression.
