Calc-Print all on 1 page width... how to?

Two questions:

Ref: Calc 7.5.9.2, File > Print >

  1. Why does the print dialog box have ‘Pages’ rather that ‘Sheet’, Selection, etc.?

  2. Where can I select to Print all on one page width?

Yes, I can select ‘Print all Sheets’.

Any idea how to scale the printout. Like [Excel] Fit All Columns on One Page.
