Calc - Sonoma tiled window mouse behavior

I have found that when I tile Calc and Safari, my mouse becomes offset. For instance, if I click cell B15, it will select cell B13. If I click cell E21, it selects E20. Sometimes, it will even select 2 non-adjacent cells. Calc behaves normally again if tiling is toggled back off again. This moves it back to the primary “Space”, Apple terminology for workspace/Virtual Desktop, which may play into it.
Has anyone else seen this? Is there a way to stop it?
I did try toggling Skia both on and off and also tried toggling Anti-aliasing both on and off. None of those helped.
