Calc : WEBSERVICE",Array( PBM

Hi,
I have PBM with functionAccess.callFunction(“WEBSERVICE”,Array( cell )
Could you tell how to pass a STRING to the WEBSERIVE fonction ?
I works if I put the value directly between " , but dos not work with the same value from a cell of my sheet.
LO returns
