After applying 7.4 upgrade Libre Office will not open, even in safe mode. Hour glass appears for several seconds then nothing happens.
Windows? Try Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features , right click LibreOffice and select Repair.

I went to Settings/ APS/ repair.
Worked. Libre running normal.
