Cannot access Drawing toolbar in LibreOffice Impress or Writer

Drawing toolbar does not appear when I click “View-Toolbar-Drawing” in LibreOffice Impress or Writer. I can access it through Draw, but it’s awkward to have to go back and forth. Any ideas?
