Cannot install libre 4.3.1.2

Hi,
I was libreoffice 4.3.0.4 and now tried to install 4.3.1.2. I don’t have privileges to folder libreoffice4/program. I tried change those privileges but i can’t do that.
I tried to found solve from this forum but nothing help me.

I rebooted computer. Now it’s works.
